Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale govern purchases from THOMAS PERFUME. Please read them before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to the terms applicable at the time of purchase.

1. General provisions

• THOMAS PERFUME operates as an individual business.
• Our online store uses WooCommerce. We may update these terms; the version in effect when you place your order applies.

2. Products and descriptions

• We aim to display fragrance colors, descriptions and details accurately. Packaging and on-screen colors may vary.
• Products are subject to availability. We may limit quantities or discontinue products.
• We are an independent retailer and are not affiliated with or endorsed by the fragrance brands displayed. Trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Pricing and payments

• Prices are in US Dollars (USD) unless otherwise stated. Applicable shipping fees and taxes are displayed at checkout.
• Available payment methods are shown at checkout and handled through third-party payment services.
• You must be authorized to use your chosen payment method. Order processing is subject to payment authorization.

4. Order acceptance and cancellation

• An order acknowledgement confirms receipt and does not necessarily constitute final acceptance.
• We may decline or cancel an order for product unavailability, pricing or description errors, or suspected fraud, subject to applicable law.
• If we cancel a paid order, we will refund the amount paid for the canceled order to the original payment method.

5. Shipping and delivery

Shipping charges and estimated delivery timing are shown at checkout. Delivery estimates may be affected by carriers, customs and address accuracy. Please check your delivery details carefully. Responsibility for loss or damage and any mandatory delivery remedies are governed by applicable law; these terms do not exclude non-waivable consumer rights.

6. Returns and refunds

Notify refund@thomasperfume.com within 15 days of receipt to request review of a damaged product, packaging defect or incorrect item. Include your order number, a description and clear photo or video evidence.

Returns, replacements and refunds require review and approval. Opened or used products without a valid defect claim are not eligible for discretionary returns. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights. See our Shipping & Return Policy for the full procedure.

7. Data privacy

Order information is processed for purchasing, delivery, support and related business or legal purposes. WooCommerce may retain order information. See our Privacy Policy; we do not promise immediate deletion of all customer information.

8. Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses. Any limitation of liability applies only where legally permitted and does not exclude mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Governing law

THOMAS PERFUME operates as a sole proprietorship in Massachusetts, United States. These terms are governed by Massachusetts law, subject to applicable federal law and mandatory consumer protections. Nothing in these terms removes non-waivable rights.
